Richard chose to pursue a career in Strata a because he recognised it was increasingly important to people’s wellbeing given the growing number of the population living in Strata complexes which continues at a rapid pace.

He initially practiced as a Solicitor and then as a senior analyst in major stockbroking firms and at one of the firms was head of their research division. He has a Bachelor of Laws degree and Bachelor of  Economics (accounting major) degree. He also spent some time as a tax consultant with one of the large accounting practices. 

He is a senior member of Certified Practicing Accountants Australia. Richard has dedicated the last 20 years to Strata Partners as a Partner of the business and to his responsibilities as a Strata Manager, which he enjoys as it affords him the opportunity to make a difference to his client’s quality of life. He also likes how it provides the opportunity to engage with a large cross-section of the community and make a positive contribution to their lives.

Richard believes it is Strata Partner’s professionalism and responsiveness to clients’ needs that has made the company a leader in the industry.

In his spare time, Richard volunteers for Lifeline on the weekends, he regularly goes bush walking and loves to attend concerts given his passion for classical music. He also loves to spend time whenever he can with his close knit family.
