Toby has been working in the Strata industry since 2013 and holds a License in Strata Management and is a Director and Partner of Strata Partners.

With 12 years in Hospitality and a further 12 years in Operations in the Finance Industry, this experience provides a strong basis in Client Service and Operations Management skills, creating the ideal platform to work within the Strata industry.

Toby understands that each Owners Corporation is unique, and he takes pride in working with Owners to identify their needs and achieve their goals. He adopts a “Thinking in the Customer’s Shoes” approach when it comes to client liaison and ­­­­­attributes the strength of Strata Partners’ growing long term client base to referrals from existing satisfied customers.

He is very keen to work closely with Owners to maintain and grow their investments and values the many varied aspects of the Strata Industry, which provide exciting challenges on a daily basis.

A Justice of the Peace and volunteer for several Community Services and Youth Sport Management Schemes; Toby is an avid golf player and champion of the Strata Partners monthly staff BBQ.
