As the former General Manager of the Strata Community Association (NSW), Syd played a key role in advancing professional standards across the industry, including the introduction of the sector’s first Professional Standards Scheme. Her background in accounting, real estate, and strata governance provides a strong foundation for transparent financial management and clear, effective communication.

Holding a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and a Class 1 Strata Community Management Licence, Syd combines technical expertise with a genuine passion for helping communities thrive.
