Michaela has a Certificate III in Business Administration and Certificate IV in Project Management but asserts that it is her acute organisational skills that have attributed to her 5 successful years in Strata Management.

She is thorough in her approach to handling her portfolio and takes pride in achieving goals for the Committees and Owner’s Corporations that she represents.

Michaela is also the Personal Assistant to Paul Raine, the Licensee of Strata Partners and it is her uniquely German efficiency that allow her to effectively juggle both roles.

Michaela has only ever been interested in working in Strata; something that sets her apart from many people in the field and she is proud of her achievements thus far.

Michaela enjoys spending time with her family and is always excited to explore new areas and relax with a good read.
